In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Malay versions of this Privacy Policy, the English version shall prevail.

For membership data, we may retain information for up to 3 years after expiry for audit and legal purposes, after which it will be deleted or anonymised.
CCTV recordings are retained for 90 days, unless required for investigation.

We implement reasonable physical, technical, and managerial safeguards to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Deletion of your data after termination of your membership (subject to legal requirements).
Withdrawal of consent for marketing communications.
