This Privacy Policy explains the purpose and manner your personal data is collected, used, processed and protected by us. It applies to our store, membership program, website, mobile application, and all our official social media accounts (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Platform”).

By engaging with us, registering as a member, or using our Platform, you signify your consent to this Privacy Policy and our collection, processing, usage, retention, and disclosure of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Malay versions of this Privacy Policy, the English version shall prevail.

We collect your personal data when you interact with our Platform, including but not limited to:

  • Registering a corporate or individual membership account.
  • Subscribing to our newsletter or promotional updates.
  • Placing an order, making a payment, or using delivery/logistics services.

The types of personal data that we may collect include (but are not limited to):

  • For corporate clients: Company name, business registration number, business address, official email & phone number, and details of the appointed person-in-charge.
  • For individual clients (without a registered company): Name, address, contact number, email, date of birth, and transaction history.
  • Technical data: IP address, device information, cookies.
  • Visual data: Images or recordings (including CCTV at our premises).


2. Usage of Your Personal Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To process and manage membership registrations, renewals, and benefits.
  • To process and complete transactions, payments, and deliveries.
  • To support and personalise your customer experience.
  • To manage your account and communication preferences.
  • To analyse usage patterns and improve our services.

If you do not provide the required information, we may not be able to process your membership or deliver certain services.

  • For membership data, we may retain information for up to 3 years after expiry for audit and legal purposes, after which it will be deleted or anonymised.
  • CCTV recordings are retained for 90 days, unless required for investigation.

We implement reasonable physical, technical, and managerial safeguards to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.


6. Access, Correction, and Deletion

You have the right to request:

  • Access to a copy of your personal data.
  • Correction of any inaccurate data.
  • Deletion of your data after termination of your membership (subject to legal requirements).
  • Withdrawal of consent for marketing communications.
  • Requests may be submitted to us in writing via the contact details below. We will process your request within 21 business days.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our Platform or displayed at our store.
