Introduction
By registering for Mono Loop Membership, applicants agree to the Terms & Conditions, this Membership Policy, our Privacy Policy and our Return & Refund Policy.
1. Limited Registration & Quota
- Membership registration is only opened during specific announced periods.
- The number of memberships available is strictly limited.
- Once the quota is filled, registration will close immediately.
2. Application & Verification
- During open registration, applicants must complete the official form and make payment for the registration.
- Mono Loop will review applications and provide a response within 24 hours, notifying applicants by email on whether their membership has been successfully activated.
3. Membership Term, Renewal & Grace Period
- Membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of approval.
- Members must renew before expiry to maintain their status.
- A 3-month grace period is provided after expiry.
- If the member fails to renew within this period, their slot will be released to the waiting list.
- Lapsed members can only rejoin once a new quota becomes available.
4. Membership Benefits
- Exclusive Restock Access: Members enjoy priority entry during restocking sessions, allowing first access to newly released items.
- Discount Privilege: Members receive a 20% discount on all items in-store.
- Other privileges may be introduced or updated from time to time.
5. General Terms
- Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable once confirmed.
- Mono Loop reserves the right to update or amend membership terms, benefits, or processes without prior notice.
- Misuse or breach of this policy may result in suspension or termination.
